South Korea · Humanoid
To mark the centenary of Einstein's special theory of relativity, KAIST and Hanson Robotics combined the body of the HUBO robot with a head resembling Albert Einstein. The robot was 137 cm tall and weighed 57 kg, and according to its creators it may have been the first walking biped with a distinctly human face. [1][2]
